Job Title: Internal Medicine Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Internal Medicine Nurse Practitioner to join our team at AllCare Primary and Immediate Care. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our physicians and staff to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

About the Role:
  • Provide primary and specialty care to patients with a wide range of medical conditions, including chronic diseases and acute illnesses.
  • Conduct thorough health assessments, develop and implement treatment plans, and educate patients on self-care and disease management.
  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions between healthcare settings.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research, guidelines, and best practices to provide evidence-based care.

Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Nursing or related field.
  • Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner in the state of Maryland.
  • Board certification in Internal Medicine or related specialty.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner in an ambulatory care setting.
