Key Responsibilities- Oversee information technology and computer systems
- Plan, organize, control, and assess IT and electronic data operations
- Lead IT personnel by recruiting, training, and mentoring staff, while clearly communicating job expectations and evaluating performance
- Design, develop, implement, and coordinate systems, policies, and procedures
- Ensure the security of data, network access, and backup systems
- Align with user needs and system functionality to support organizational policies
- Identify issues and implement timely strategic solutions
- Conduct audits of systems and evaluate their effectiveness
- Safeguard assets, information security, and control frameworks
- Manage the annual budget and ensure cost efficiency
- Demonstrated experience as an IT Manager or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of technical management, information analysis, and computer hardware/software systems
- Expertise in data center management and data governance
- Practical experience with computer networks, network administration, and installation
- Proven ability to manage personnel effectively
Lodge Management Group offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, along with a 401K plan, venue discounts, and competitive salary options. The salary range for this position is between $65,000 and $85,000 per year.
