Client Care Specialist

This role is essential to our operations, as you will be the first and last point of contact for our valued clients.
As a CCS, you will be a vital part of our innovative team dedicated to helping patients regain their quality of life. We pride ourselves on developing personalized treatment plans that challenge the norms of the physical therapy industry. Your contribution will be key in ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage patient scheduling and appointments across multiple phone lines.
- Collect and maintain new patient information, tracking all referrals.
- Act as a liaison between patients and healthcare providers, providing necessary information.
- Send and log reports to physicians as required.
- Handle payment collections and verify insurance details.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring proper distribution.
- Facilitate communication regarding patient scheduling and arrivals with the clinical team.
Essential Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Strong communication skills and ability to multitask effectively.
- Positive demeanor, strong work ethic, and empathy towards patients.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on providing excellent service.
