We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Outpatient Mental Health Clinician to join our team at Eliot Community Human Services. As a member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide evidence-based treatment services to children, adolescents, and families in a supportive and collaborative environment.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Provide crisis intervention, diagnostic evaluation, and treatment services utilizing a variety of treatment modalities, including individual, couple, family, and group psychotherapy.
  • Document service delivery to high professional standards in a timely and professional manner in the client record.
  • Adhere to the clinic's scheduling protocol, initiate outreach to clients for whom treatment has been interrupted, and document all outreach attempts in the clinical record.
  • Establish effective working relationships with clients and utilize solution-based interventions to address specific problem areas.
  • Submit all administrative and billing paperwork by the end of each business day.
  • Complete all clinical documentation, including progress notes, diagnostic evaluations, treatment plans, quarterly reviews, and termination/discharge summaries.

**Compensation:**

Competitive salary rates for licensed professionals, including:

  • MA: $32.52
  • LICSW: $40.00
  • LMHC: $40.00
  • LMFT: $40.00
  • LCSW: $35.00

**Schedule:**

Flexible schedule with varied hours, including some evenings.
