- Collaborate with RNs to build strong relationships and promote effective communication between staff and patients.
- Document patient and family responses, and effectiveness of teaching and interventions, adhering to department standards.
- Promote and maintain Asante's Vision and Values, upholding excellence, respect, honesty, service, and teamwork.
- CNA-2 certification by the Oregon State Board of Nursing (OSBN) required upon start.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification by the American Heart Association (AHA) required upon start.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on an occasional basis, and perform other physical demands of the role.
