Key Responsibilities- Provide advanced responsive observations and participate in patient satisfaction initiatives
- Document patient and family responses, and effectiveness of teaching and interventions
- Promote patient safety and comfort, and provide excellent communication between staff and patients
- CNA-2 or CNA-1 certification by the Oregon State Board of Nursing (OSBN) required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification by the American Heart Association (AHA) required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical demands of the role
