Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Roll Machine Operator to join our team at voestalpine Roll Forming Corporation. As a Roll Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating roll forming machines to produce metal shapes for various customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up and operate roll forming machines to produce metal shapes according to specifications
  • Load and unload parts on roll machines, making minor adjustments as needed
  • Perform quality checks and make minor adjustments to rolls
  • Responsible for guarding, crane operating, coil handling, and general housekeeping
  • Follow established procedures, including ISO-9002/D1-9000 and STEPS program
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent and ability to pass general math test
  • Experience working in a manufacturing plant environment or similar, including machine set-up, metal working, or welding/fabrication
  • Ability to successfully navigate computer software with training and possess basic computer skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Consistent experience in manufacturing setting in set-up and machine operation or metal fabrication
