About the Role

Grimmway Enterprises is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our fleet of farm tractors and machinery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate maintenance and repair activities to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimize downtime.
  • Supervise and train maintenance staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
  • Collaborate with other departments to identify and address maintenance-related issues and opportunities for improvement.
  • Monitor and control maintenance budgets to ensure efficient use of resources.
Requirements
  • 2 years' experience in a maintenance management role, preferably in the agricultural or heavy equipment industry.
  • Knowledge of maintenance principles, practices, and procedures, including safety protocols and regulations.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team of maintenance staff to achieve high levels of performance and productivity.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, including maintenance staff, operations personnel, and senior management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
