As a key member of the Medical College of Wisconsin's clinical research team, the Clinical Research Coordinator II will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the department's clinical research program.

Responsibilities will include coordinating research protocols, arranging necessary appointments and procedures, and maintaining contact with study participants. The successful candidate will also be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and disseminating research data, as well as reporting program data and progress to study investigators.

Additionally, the Clinical Research Coordinator II will assist in the development and implementation of comprehensive databases and files related to the program, and will ensure compliance with all relevant IRB and other regulatory agency requirements.

Strong organizational and communication skills are essential for this role, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with other departments and institutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate research protocols and arrange necessary appointments and procedures
  • Collect, analyze, and disseminate research data
  • Report program data and progress to study investigators
  • Assist in the development and implementation of comprehensive databases and files
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant IRB and other regulatory agency requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • CITI training within 90 days of hire
