Role Overview

As a vital member of our team, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring their experience begins positively. Your role will involve guiding guests through the reservation and check-in processes, delivering outstanding service, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. Your commitment to guest satisfaction will be evident as you provide assistance throughout their stay.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Professionally manage all front desk operations, including reservations and guest check-ins/outs.
  • Utilize the Blue Water Way to engage with guests effectively, both over the phone and in person.
  • Assist the concierge team by providing helpful information and support to enhance guest experiences.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the guest service area.
  • Adhere to cash handling protocols, ensuring accurate financial transactions.
  • Contribute to a tidy and welcoming environment for all guests.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned and maintain reliable attendance.

Team Collaboration

You will report directly to the Assistant General Manager or their designated representative.

Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1-3 years of experience in front desk operations, reservations, or customer service
  • The ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in using technology, including phones and computers
  • Excellent communication skills

Physical Requirements

This position requires regular communication and interaction with guests. You should be prepared to stand for extended periods and assist with various tasks as needed. We value a collaborative team spirit, and all team members are expected to support one another in achieving our goals.
