Aircraft Maintenance Technician Job Description

HQ Aero Management Inc. is seeking a skilled Aircraft Maintenance Technician to join our team. As an A&P Mechanic, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining aircraft to ensure safe and efficient flight operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot and repair aircraft systems, including airframe, engine, and electrical components.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as inspections and repairs, to ensure aircraft airworthiness.
  • Document all work performed, adhering to regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Collaborate with other technicians and support staff to achieve team goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • Current A&P License is required.
  • 1+ years of experience in Aircraft Maintenance is preferred.
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required.
  • Standard Aviation Tool Kit is necessary.
Working Conditions:
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced, high-stress environment.
  • Must be able to lift and move up to 50 pounds, and work in a hangar and ramp environment.
