Primary Responsibilities:

  • OVERSEE PROGRAM OPERATIONS: Coordinate daily operations, ensuring adherence to policy and procedures.
  • DEVELOP TREATMENT PLANS: Collaborate with clinical and medical staff to develop and implement treatment plans for youth and families.
  • EVALUATE OUTCOMES: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of treatment plans and make adjustments as needed.

Requirements:

  • A combination of education and experience equivalent to a Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Science or related field.
  • Minimum three years of experience in social or mental health services delivery or residential care supervision.
