Warranty Claims Specialist

We are in search of a proficient Warranty Administrator to become an integral part of our team at Audi Long Beach. In this role, you will be responsible for managing warranty claims, ensuring adherence to manufacturer standards, and processing claims with efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately process warranty claims in a timely fashion
- Track and follow up on outstanding claims
- Organize and maintain customer and vehicle information
- Support invoicing and related financial tasks
Required Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Warranty Administrator
- Experience specifically with Audi warranty processes is advantageous
- Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up capabilities
Compensation: $38 per hour, with the possibility of additional hourly earnings based on performance metrics.
