Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Traffic Control Specialist to join our team at Thoroughbred Traffic Design LLC. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of construction workers and motorists on roadways by controlling traffic flow using stop/slow paddles and two-way radios.

Responsibilities
- Control traffic flow using stop/slow paddles and two-way radios
- Provide guidance to ensure compliance with City, State, and MUTCD standards on every work site
- Warn construction/utility workers when approaching vehicles have failed to adhere to traffic signals to prevent accidents and injuries

Requirements
- Reliable transportation to our office
- Ability to lift 50lbs and stand for long periods
- Effective communication skills using a 2-way radio
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence

Compensation and Benefits
This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $15.00 - $20.00 per hour, paid weekly. We also offer opportunities for growth and development within our organization.
