Packaging Specialist

In this role, you will be responsible for working in a fast-paced warehouse environment, ensuring the efficient packaging and shipping of products. The ideal candidate will be able to work safely, maintain a high level of productivity, and meet strict quality control standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Construct boxes and pack products manually or with the assistance of automated machines.
- Perform regular quality checks to ensure products meet company standards.
- Participate in changeover processes, setting up lines and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Maintain a safe working environment, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
Requirements:
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Capacity to climb, bend, reach, stoop, kneel, and stretch for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Ability to repeatedly lift, carry, push, pull, and handle products, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Availability to work weekends, holidays, and off-shift hours.
