  • Supervise Branch and Office Services: Ensure the smooth operation of branch and office services, including mail, messenger, duplicating, central filing, word processing, fax equipment, telephone, stationery supplies, order processing, and security.
  • Maintain High Levels of Customer Service: Foster strong relationships with customers, resolving documentation problems and ensuring timely and efficient service.
  • Design More Efficient Ways of Processing Work: Analyze workflows and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Develop Working Relationships with Vendors: Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of services.
  • Facilitate Employee Teamwork to Meet Customer Needs: Foster a collaborative work environment, encouraging teamwork and open communication to meet customer needs.
  • Resolve Branch-Level Employee Issues: Address and resolve employee issues in a fair and timely manner, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.

Requirements:

  • Solid Customer Service Skills: Provide exceptional customer service, resolving documentation problems and ensuring timely and efficient service.
  • Strong Leadership Skills: Demonstrate leadership skills, supervising and directing single document processing departments within a branch.
  • Basic Computer Skills: Proficient in basic computer skills, including word processing, fax equipment, telephone, and stationery supplies.
  • Time Management Skills: Manage time effectively, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Positive Attitude: Maintain a positive attitude, fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Ability to Work Independently: Work independently, making decisions and taking initiative to resolve issues.
  • Clear Communication Skills: Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.

Preferred Requirements:

  • 3-5 Years' Supervisory Experience: Possess 3-5 years of supervisory experience, preferably in a title center or related field.
  • Auto Titling and Auto Industry Experience: Have experience in auto titling and the auto industry, including salvage titling and vehicle assignment processes.
  • Exposure to Managing Salvage Titling and Vehicle Assignment Process: Have experience managing salvage titling and vehicle assignment processes, including initial assessment to final documentation.
