POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and hygiene of the hotel premises while adhering to established quality standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Receive room assignments from the housekeeping supervisor.
  • Perform cleaning tasks in guest rooms following set protocols.
  • Understand the proper procedures for entering guest accommodations.
  • Inspect rooms for any damaged furnishings or equipment.
  • Restock housekeeping carts at the end of each shift and return them to designated storage.
  • Maintain an organized and tidy housekeeping cart and storage areas.
  • Report any maintenance issues or deficiencies in guest rooms to the engineering team.
  • Stay vigilant for potential hazards and adhere to safety protocols at all times.
  • Follow Lost and Found procedures diligently.
  • Deliver the highest standard of service to all guests.
  • Comply with safety procedures and policies for guests and staff.
  • Immediately report any unusual incidents or requests to a supervisor.
  • Follow proper key control measures.
  • Participate in staff meetings and training sessions.
