Sodexo is on the lookout for a dedicated Registered Dietitian to join our team. This role involves providing nutritional support at a healthcare facility that focuses on various medical specialties. The successful candidate will engage in both outpatient and inpatient care.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver nutritional care across multiple inpatient units;
- Offer outpatient medical nutrition therapy for various health conditions;
- Engage in community outreach initiatives;
- Implement quality improvement projects, including patient satisfaction assessments and monthly evaluations;
- Mentor dietetic interns; and
- Provide education to healthcare team members, including physicians and nursing staff.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Holds Registered Dietitian credentials and is licensed in the relevant state;

Compensation and Qualifications
Sodexo offers competitive and equitable compensation, influenced by a candidate's educational background and relevant experience. The salary range for this position is based on individual qualifications, including experience, skills, and training.
Educational Requirements
Master's degree with completion of necessary coursework and supervised practice as outlined by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND).
For those eligible for the registration exam prior to specific deadlines:
Bachelor's degree with completion of required coursework and supervised practice as dictated by ACEND.
Credential Requirements
Must meet the eligibility criteria for Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RD/RDN) by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) and achieve registration within a specified timeframe post-hire. In certain states and/or facilities, RD/RDN credentials may be required at the time of hiring.
Experience Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of practical experience, capable of working independently.
