About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Processing Lead Technician to join our team at Amazon. As a key member of our launch operations team, you will be responsible for leading the processing of Kuiper satellites, ensuring that they are assembled, tested, and prepared for launch.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the processing of Kuiper satellites, including final assembly and test
  • Work closely with engineering and other launch operations teams to support satellite manufacturing and launch activities
  • Perform propellant loading operations, including loading Krypton propellant into Kuiper satellites
  • Collaborate with engineers to develop and document activities, including continuous improvement opportunities
  • Perform other duties as assigned to ensure an efficient, safe, and effective work environment
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years of experience in spaceflight hardware testing and assembly
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
  • Able to obtain and maintain a US Passport and meet customs entry requirements
  • Ability to pass Kennedy Space Center background checks
