Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service and Experience: Provide exceptional customer service and experiences to all guests and members, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Sales Performance: Maintain personal sales performance, meeting or exceeding expectations, and drive key metrics to achieve business goals.
  • Operations Management: Oversee and manage daily operations of the front desk, including scheduling, inventory management, and customer communication.
  • Team Leadership: Assist the General Manager in managing sales performance, recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and training new team members.
  • Membership Education and Sales: Educate and sell membership programs to customers, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Administrative Duties: Assist with administrative tasks, including reporting, cash handling, and other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Leadership Experience: 1-3 years of leadership experience in a spa or retail environment.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, team members, and management.
  • Teamwork: Strong team player with the ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
  • Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking.
  • Critical Thinking: Critical thinking skills, including customer conflict resolution.
Compensation Package

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base hourly rate, monthly performance bonuses, and an uncapped commission structure. Our top performers typically earn an additional $1-$2 per hour in commission, with an average total annual compensation ranging from $35,000 to $44,000, depending on individual performance.
