This position encompasses a full desk (360) approach, where you will collaborate with a supportive and motivated team of accomplished sales and recruitment professionals, concentrating on the placement of Cloud Technology experts.

Your Responsibilities:
As a Junior Recruitment Consultant, your primary focus will be on business development and nurturing client relationships. You will promote our staffing services to high-value clients, specializing in either permanent or contract recruitment solutions. Your duties will include:
- Generating leads and establishing new client relationships to boost job flow.
- Maintaining existing client relationships and managing the complete candidate recruitment process to meet all client requirements.
- Engaging in a client-facing, sales-driven role where business development and a customer-focused approach are vital.
How You Will Achieve This:
You will oversee the entire sales lifecycle from discovery to closure, which includes:
- Proactively building new business relationships through cold calling and outreach via email, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Creating strategies to expand your client base and executing effective sales plans to target potential clients and generate revenue.
- Conducting in-depth client meetings to gain insights into their needs, allowing you to tailor your approach and search effectively.
- Negotiating business terms with new clients.
- Managing the full candidate recruitment process: sourcing, screening, presenting candidates to clients, coordinating interviews, negotiating salaries, and ensuring successful placements.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Prior experience in outbound sales is essential, with a preference for cold calling experience.
- Ambitious individuals with a proven history of surpassing sales targets.
- Ability to cultivate relationships at all organizational levels.
- Driven and resilient individuals with a continuous desire for improvement.
Compensation:
$43,500-$60,000*
This includes a base salary ($43,500) along with commission potential in the first year; however, earnings are uncapped and can vary based on performance.
Benefits:
Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k options, Long and Short Term Disability, Life Insurance, and 15 days of paid time off in the first year.
