Insurance Business Development Representative

Job Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Use a customer-centric approach to educate clients about insurance options and develop personalized solutions to meet their needs.
- Work closely with the agent to establish and achieve marketing goals, identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to drive growth.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying their needs and preferences to provide tailored insurance solutions.
- Competitive salary and commission/bonus structure

- Signing Bonus in the range of $250 - $1000
- Sales experience and a proven track record of meeting sales goals/quotas

- Enthusiasm for the insurance industry and a passion for helping others
- Self-motivation and ability to work independently
- Property and Casualty license (currently held) and ability to obtain Life and Health license
