Job Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Use a customer-centric approach to educate clients about insurance options and develop personalized solutions to meet their needs.
  • Work closely with the agent to establish and achieve marketing goals, identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to drive growth.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying their needs and preferences to provide tailored insurance solutions.

Requirements
  • Sales experience and a proven track record of meeting sales goals/quotas

  • Self-motivation and ability to work independently
  • Property and Casualty license (currently held) and ability to obtain Life and Health license
