Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Insurance Business Development Representative to join our team at Lezama Insurance Agency. As an Insurance Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for developing leads, scheduling appointments, and identifying customer needs to market appropriate insurance products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with the agent team to share best practices and stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements:

  • State Farm experience a plus.
  • Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, or telemarketing) preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain).
  • Life and Health license (must be able to obtain).
