**About the Position:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and empathetic Support Specialist to join our team. As an Awake Overnight Counselor, you will provide personalized support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a residential setting.

Vinfen is a leading provider of community-based services, established in 1977. Our organization empowers individuals with mental health conditions, intellectual and developmental disabilities, brain injuries, and behavioral health challenges to achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
  • Administer medication under MAP
  • Implement treatment plans
  • Assist with activities of daily living

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Services field preferred
