Position Overview:
As a Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Long Term Care within a Skilled Nursing Facility, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality patient care. This position is essential for assisting patients with complex medical conditions to enhance their quality of life.

In this role, you will be responsible for:
  1. Providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a positive professional image.
  2. Working autonomously while demonstrating meticulous attention to detail in daily operations.
  3. Creating a nurturing environment that honors the dignity of each patient.
  4. Ensuring high standards of nursing care for individuals with psychiatric and mental health challenges.
  5. Assessing and evaluating all aspects of patient care.
  6. Leading in emergency situations, employing therapeutic interventions to de-escalate crises.
  7. Maintaining compliance with regulatory standards for blood collection and transfusion.
  8. Adapting to a flexible schedule that may include early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  9. Fostering a collaborative and enjoyable workplace atmosphere.
  10. Exemplifying professionalism and compassion, serving as an ambassador for the organization.

Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements:
  1. Graduation from a nationally accredited nursing program.
  2. Current BLS/CPR certification from a recognized provider.
  3. Active nursing license from the State Board of Nursing.
