Shift Details:
ALL SHIFTS AVAILABLE 6:30 AM - 3 PM

Key Responsibilities:
- Under the guidance of the Director of Nursing, the RN Supervisor will apply nursing principles and assessment skills to create and implement tailored nursing care plans that meet resident needs.
- Oversee the orientation and supervision of nursing staff, ensuring smooth daily operations of the unit during each shift.
- Assume leadership responsibilities as required.

Direct Care and Supervision:
- Engage actively in resident assessments and care.
- Supervise and coordinate nursing staff in delivering direct care in compliance with State and Federal regulations.
- Develop individualized nursing care plans using the nursing process.
- Conduct daily assessments of each resident and adjust care plans as necessary.
- Participate in the training and oversight of nursing personnel, applying effective leadership and supervisory principles.
