  3. Take prospective members on tours of the club and respond to their questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  4. Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the club.
  5. Close the shift for the business day and create a bank deposit for the next day.

Requirements
  • Customer service background preferred.
  • Basic computer proficiency.
  • A passion for fitness and health.
  • Upbeat and positive attitude.
  • Punctuality and reliability are essential.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to interact positively and professionally with members and coworkers.
  • Strong listening and problem-solving skills.
  • Diplomacy in all interactions, using appropriate behavior and language.
  • High School diploma/GED equivalent required.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.

Physical Demands

This role requires continual standing and walking during the shift, as well as the ability to work 3rd shift (overnights). Occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds may be required, and employees may encounter toxic chemicals during their shift.
