Job Summary

Lifeline Connections is a community-based behavioral health organization that specializes in providing confidential and compassionate care to individuals who experience substance use and/or mental health conditions.

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Facilities Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will provide support to the Facilities and Operations Departments with daily tasks and complete assignments in various duties.

This is a non-exempt position responsible for assisting with daily operations, including supply management, purchase orders, and vendor relations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of commercial and residential construction, electrical, plumbing, and inventory control.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with daily operations, including supply management and purchase orders
  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including supply inventory and purchase orders
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients, staff, and visitors
  • Assist with facility maintenance and repairs, including minor repairs and touch-ups
  • Work collaboratively with the Operations Specialist to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ year of experience in facilities management or a related field
  • Strong understanding of commercial and residential construction, electrical, plumbing, and inventory control
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment
