Child Communication Specialist for Virtual Speech and Language Services in Minnesota

We are seeking a skilled Child Communication Specialist to provide high-quality virtual speech and language services to school-aged children in Minnesota. This 1099 position offers guaranteed weekly hours and an hourly rate of $40-$50.
About the RoleAs a Child Communication Specialist, you will be responsible for evaluating and diagnosing speech, language, voice, and fluency issues, developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs), administering therapy sessions, and collaborating with educators, parents, and staff to support students' communication needs.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, voice, and fluency issues in school-aged children
- Develop and implement IEPs tailored to each student's needs
- Administer therapy sessions to help students overcome communication barriers
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and staff to support students' communication needs
To be successful as a Child Communication Specialist, you must possess a Master's or Doctorate degree in Speech-Language Pathology, current Minnesota Teaching Certification, and ASHA CCC-SLP Certification.
