Multidisciplinary Speech Language Pathologist Position in Rochester, Minnesota

Fusion Medical Staffing-Therapy is seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team on a travel assignment in Rochester, Minnesota.
Job SummaryWe are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist to provide exceptional care to patients in a hospital setting. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of your patients while working with a dynamic and supportive team.
Responsibilities- Care for patients by supporting activities of daily living and assisting with personal hygiene.
- Monitor patient stability by checking vital signs and weight, as well as recording intake and output.
- Document actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records.
- Communicate effectively with supervising LPN/RN regarding changes in patient condition, vital signs, or status.
- Follow hospital safety rules and procedures.
- Current licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.
- Experience working in a hospital setting preferred.
- Ability to work effectively with a variety of personnel (professional and ancillary) to present a positive attitude and a professional appearance.
- Technical/Motor Skills - Ability to grasp, fine manipulation, pushing/pulling and able to move about when assisting with procedures and/or using department equipment.
- Mental Requirements - Must be able to cope with frequent contact with the general public, customers, and meeting deadlines under pressure.
- Paid Time Off (PTO) after 1560 hours.
