Job SummaryThe Laborer position is a critical role in our team, responsible for performing a wide range of general labor tasks to support project goals. As a Laborer, you will work closely with our experienced team to ensure the successful completion of our projects.
Key Responsibilities- Perform physical labor activities, including lifting, pulling, pushing, and carrying various objects and materials.
- Assist in concrete cutting, joint taping, backer rodding, joint rehab, and crack sealing highways, runways, and parking lots.
- Operate hand and power tools, and learn new skills as needed.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and company policies, as well as OSHA regulations.
- Work independently and as part of a team to achieve project goals.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Valid driver's license preferred.
- Prior experience as a laborer or equivalent experience preferred.
- Mechanical aptitude preferred.
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screens and background check, including MVR.
