We are seeking highly qualified candidates for the Specialist Series in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of California, Irvine. The successful candidate will have a strong background in laboratory research and a terminal degree or equivalent experience.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct research in obstetrics and gynecology, with a focus on specialized areas such as reproductive health, maternal-fetal medicine, or gynecologic oncology.
- Develop and implement research projects, including study design, data collection, and analysis.
- Collaborate with faculty members and other researchers to advance the department's research mission.
- Participate in university and public service, including teaching, mentoring, and community outreach.
- Terminal degree (Ph.D., M.D., or equivalent) in a relevant field.
- At least 10 years of research experience, with a strong track record of publications and presentations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a valid driver's license.
