Technical Expertise:

A strong background in software development is essential, with at least 9 years of experience in software development roles. The technical lead should have expertise in React, Node.js,.NET Core programming languages, frameworks, and hands-on experience in designing and developing complex software systems. Experience with Azure Cloud is required.

Project Management:

The technical lead should have a good understanding of project management methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum, and be able to effectively plan, track, and manage project deliverables, timelines, and resources.

Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills:

The technical lead should possess strong problem-solving and analytical skills, able to analyze complex technical challenges, identify potential solutions, and make informed decisions. Experience in troubleshooting and debugging technical issues is also essential.

Communication and Collaboration:

Excellent communication and collaboration skills are essential, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as product owners, designers, and testers, is also required.

Knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle:

The technical lead should have a comprehensive understanding of the software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance. Experience in following industry best practices and standards throughout the development process is important.
