Parking Concepts is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Parking Attendant to join our team in Irvine, CA.

Job Summary

The Parking Attendant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing parking operations, and ensuring a safe and efficient parking experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage parking operations, including cash handling and credit card transactions.
  • Control traffic flow and provide directions to park facilities and parking areas.
  • Report any incidents, safety hazards, or unusual occurrences to the Park Ranger and Supervisor.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager.
Requirements
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to stand for long periods and work in all types of weather.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Cashier experience preferred.
