About the Role:

This position involves developing and delivering OSHA training programs to employees at all levels of the organization. The successful candidate will stay current with OSHA regulations and guidelines to ensure training materials are up-to-date. They will collaborate with management and other departments to identify training needs and areas for improvement.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Developing and delivering OSHA training programs to employees at all levels of the organization

  • Conducting regular audits and assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement
  • Maintaining accurate training records and reporting on training activities to management
  • Responding to OSHA inspections and assisting with any required corrective actions
  • Providing ongoing support and guidance to employees to promote a culture of safety in the workplace

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • At least 5 years of experience in a safety-related field
  • OSHA Outreach Trainer certification for the construction industry or general industry
  • Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and standards
  • Experience in developing and delivering training programs
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and analyze safety risks
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills

Salary and Benefits:

The salary for this position is $80,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
