Job Summary

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) and Substitute Caregivers (Subs). As a DSP, you will provide personalized support and care to our clients, assisting with daily living activities, community outings, and skill development. As a Sub, you will have the opportunity to work in various locations, meeting new people and gaining new experiences.

Responsibilities
  • Provide companionship and support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
  • Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Accompany clients on community outings and activities
  • Support clients in developing new skills and interests
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure high-quality care and support
