Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacist to join our team at Synchrony Health Services. As a Pharmacist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and effective use of medications for our patients. You will work closely with our healthcare team to provide exceptional patient care and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and dispense medications according to policy and legal requirements
  • Assess the identity, strength, or purity of medications
  • Monitor patient drug therapies and advise interventions as needed
  • Provide pharmacological information to healthcare professionals and counsel patients on drug therapies
  • Develop and implement procedures for mixing, packaging, or labeling pharmaceuticals
Requirements
  • Bachelor's of Science (B.S.) or Doctor of Pharmacy (Ph.D.) degree accredited by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE)
  • North American Pharmacist Licensure Exam (NAPLEX) and Multistate Pharmacy Jurisprudence Exam (MPJE)
  • State-specific license where required
  • Five (5) years' experience in a pharmacy environment preferred
