Job Description
As an LPN with Trilogy Health Services, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Conducting patient assessments and developing individualized care plans
- Administering medications and monitoring patient responses

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A current LPN license in the state of Indiana
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- High school diploma or equivalent
