Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Pediatric LPN to join our team of healthcare professionals. In this role, you will provide direct nursing care to acutely ill and chronically ill patients in their homes, adhering to the plan of care and state laws governing the practice of nursing.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Provides high-quality clinical services within the scope of practice, following all applicable infection control procedures.
  • Documents patient visits thoroughly and completely, meeting regulatory and payer requirements.
  • Actively participates in the agency's care coordination process, including timely reporting of patient needs and changes in condition.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be considered for this opportunity, you must have:

  • A current LPN licensure in the state of practice.
  • A valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation.
  • Current CPR certification.
