Critical Care Technician

We are seeking a skilled Critical Care Technician to join our team in the Trauma/Surgical ICU at Cooper University Health Care. As a Critical Care Technician, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting the nursing team in a fast-paced critical care environment.
Key Responsibilities- Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.
- Perform technical duties as directed by the Registered Nurse, such as phlebotomy, vital signs, and point of care testing.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care.
- Participate in performance improvement activities and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Successful completion of an unlicensed healthcare provider/technician program.
- At least one year of patient care experience in a similar role.
- AHA Basic Life Support certification required.
