Key Responsibilities- Design and implement collaboration services, working with the Service Design and Engineering team to ensure design meets requirements.
- Evaluate and select collaboration services products, building a business case for their adoption.
- Support governance based on standard methodologies, ensuring proper alignment to projects and major initiatives.
- Analyze the current state to detect service design defects and recommend solutions for improvement.
- Utilize Design Thinking to conduct rapid design sessions with customers and partners.
- Consult with EUC and project teams to identify when service modifications are required to accommodate project needs.
- Define, design, and implement continuous practice and process improvements.
- 7+ years in the Information Technology field, with a minimum of 5+ years designing and supporting solutions based on Office365 and other Collaboration Services.
- 2+ years' experience working with identity on enterprise-class cloud services (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud).
- 3+ years' experience with Microsoft Active Directory, Ping Identity, and other federated identity providers.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical training, or work/military experience.
- Experience with scripting solutions using PowerShell or other relevant tools.
- Experience with C# coding for Directory Services and automation solutions.
- MCSE in Cloud Platform and Infrastructure.
- Advanced knowledge on securing O365 and integration with 3rd Party security tools.
- Understanding of Agile/Lean, Design Thinking, and Riskiest Assumption Testing methods.
- Demonstrated understanding of modeling management, security policy, and solutions for O365 and other collaboration services.
- Relevant experience with the use of system monitoring tools (e.g., Splunk, Microsoft Operations Manager).
