Position Summary:

The selected candidate will oversee industrial cleaning projects from initiation to completion. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays is essential. A solid understanding of industrial cleaning techniques, including hydro blasting and vacuum truck operations, is required. While experience with automated systems is advantageous, we are open to considering candidates with varying backgrounds, including those without a Class B CDL.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate proficiency in operating high-pressure hydro blasting equipment, understanding various tips and pressure settings ranging from 10,000 psi to 40,000 psi.
  • Maintain a strong customer focus and nurture client relationships.
  • Prioritize safety and adhere to all safety protocols.
  • Exhibit problem-solving skills and develop effective solutions.
  • Travel as necessary for project requirements.

Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

  • Basic mathematical skills.
  • Familiarity with basic tools and their uses.
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in a construction or labor-related field, including some supervisory experience.
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in industrial cleaning.

  • Capable of working at heights while utilizing safety harnesses and protective gear.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to perform essential job functions while maintaining alertness and safety.
  • Capable of lifting and moving up to 50 lbs regularly.
  • Ability to climb ladders repeatedly.
  • Willingness to engage in physically demanding tasks for extended periods, including standing, walking, bending, and twisting.
  • Competence in performing tasks such as loading, unloading, cleaning, shoveling, and painting.
  • Ability to safely execute duties related to confined space operations.
