Key Responsibilities- Provide pharmaceutical care to patients, ensuring accurate documentation and effective communication.
- Review patient history and incorporate various pharmacy activities to provide customers with adequate education for optimal outcomes.
- Prepare pharmaceutical products for patients' use by safe and cost-effective methods, adhering to professional standards.
- Comprehend and support quality assurance and risk management issues, participating in departmental duties and responsibilities.
- Supervise technicians and pharmacy support personnel, promoting a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy required; PharmD preferred.
- Licensed by the Idaho State Board of Pharmacy as a Pharmacist.
- At least six months of experience in a pharmacy setting.
