Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Pharmacist to join our team at Saint Alphonsus Outpatient pharmacies. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide pharmaceutical care to our customers, ensuring their safety and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide pharmaceutical care to customers, including medication therapy management and patient education.
  • Review patient history and incorporate various pharmacy activities to provide customers with adequate education for optimum outcomes.
  • Prepare pharmaceutical products for patients' use by safe and cost-effective methods using acceptable professional standards.
  • Comprehend and support quality assurance and risk management issues.
  • Participate in various departmental duties, material resource management, clerical and financial responsibilities, safety, and other issues.
  • Supervise technicians and pharmacy support personnel.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy required. PharmD preferred.
  • Licensed by the Idaho State Board of Pharmacy as a Pharmacist.
  • Six months of experience preferred.
