Job Summary:As an Outpatient Pharmacist with Trinity Health, you will play a vital role in providing pharmaceutical care to our customers. This is a part-time position working day shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provides pharmaceutical care to customers of Saint Alphonsus Outpatient pharmacies.
• Knows, understands, incorporates, and demonstrates the Organization's Mission, Vision, and Values in behaviors, practices, and decisions.
• Demonstrates knowledge and skills to competently care for all assigned age groups (Neonate, Child, Adolescent, Adult, Geriatric as applicable).
• Reviews patient history incorporating various pharmacy activities providing customers with adequate education for optimum outcomes.
• Prepares pharmaceutical products for patients' use by safe and cost-effective methods using acceptable professional standards.
• Comprehends and supports quality assurance and risk management issues.
• Participates in various departmental duties, material resource management, clerical and financial responsibilities, safety, and other issues.
• Supervises technicians and pharmacy support personnel.
Requirements:
• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy required. PharmD preferred.
• Must be licensed by the Idaho State Board of Pharmacy as a Pharmacist.
• Six months of experience preferred.
