  • Planificar, gestionar y comunicar el progreso de la implementación, tanto interna como externamente.

  • Responder a consultas entrantes utilizando múltiples canales de comunicación y documentar los detalles de manera exhaustiva.
  • Comunicar de manera efectiva con clientes internos y externos para asegurar respuestas/resoluciones completas, precisas y oportunas.
  • Demostrar apertura a nuevas perspectivas e ideas.

Calificaciones para el Client Compliance Specialist:

  • Algunos estudios universitarios o una combinación equivalente de educación y experiencia, incluyendo servicio militar, serán considerados.
  • 0-2 años de experiencia en servicio al cliente o gestión de clientes.
  • Competencia en habilidades informáticas (por ejemplo, para bases de datos, aplicaciones web y correo electrónico).
  • Experiencia trabajando con Microsoft Office Suite (con un enfoque en Outlook y Excel).
  • Fuertes habilidades de pensamiento crítico y escucha activa.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita.
  • Capacidad demostrada para adaptarse a prioridades y procedimientos cambiantes.
