- Asistir a los clientes con consultas sobre archivos y datos, como errores y advertencias de archivos, actualización de datos inexactos y cronogramas de presentación.
- Identificar y proponer actualizaciones a la documentación de implementación.
- Procesar y analizar archivos de datos para asegurar que cumplan con los estándares de integridad de datos de la organización y los requisitos de informes de cumplimiento, según corresponda.
- Participar en reuniones del departamento, capacitaciones y otros eventos formales e informales.
- Colaborar con el Centro de Recursos de Auditoría y la dirección del departamento en escalaciones y llamadas de soporte.
- Seguir y refinar las mejores prácticas para asegurar la alineación entre el producto, la gestión de relaciones y las operaciones en relación con las implementaciones de servicios.
- Planificar, gestionar y comunicar el progreso de la implementación, tanto interna como externamente.
- Gestionar la frecuencia de contacto con los clientes y la capacitación para asegurar una experiencia de incorporación completa y comprensiva.
- Responder a consultas entrantes utilizando múltiples canales de comunicación y documentar los detalles de manera exhaustiva.
- Comunicar de manera efectiva con clientes internos y externos para asegurar respuestas/resoluciones completas, precisas y oportunas.
- Demostrar apertura a nuevas perspectivas e ideas.
- Construir confianza con las partes interesadas internas y externas al demostrar consistencia entre palabras y acciones.
- El puesto puede requerir realizar otras tareas según sea necesario. Calificaciones para el Client Compliance Specialist:
- Algunos estudios universitarios o una combinación equivalente de educación y experiencia, incluyendo servicio militar, serán considerados.
- 0-2 años de experiencia en servicio al cliente o gestión de clientes.
- Competencia en habilidades informáticas (por ejemplo, para bases de datos, aplicaciones web y correo electrónico).
- Experiencia trabajando con Microsoft Office Suite (con un enfoque en Outlook y Excel).
- Fuertes habilidades de pensamiento crítico y escucha activa.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita.
- Capacidad demostrada para adaptarse a prioridades y procedimientos cambiantes.
