Job Title: Phlebotomy Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Phlebotomy Specialist to join our team at All Medical Personnel. As a Phlebotomy Specialist, you will be responsible for collecting blood samples from patients in a fast-paced laboratory setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect blood samples from patients using venipuncture and capillary puncture techniques
• Label and process specimens according to established procedures
• Maintain accurate records of patient information and specimen collection
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and DEP regulations
• Provide excellent customer service to patients and healthcare staff

Requirements:

• Valid Phlebotomy certification for the state where you will be employed
• Minimum of 6 months' work experience performing venipunctures in a fast-paced lab or hospital setting
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• High School Diploma or GED
