2B Residential, a leading provider of Class A multi-family management, is seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day maintenance operations of our properties in Chesterfield, MO.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the overall physical aspects of the property meet the Company's established standards and any applicable laws.
  • Develop and supervise the daily activities of the maintenance team, including planning and preparing work schedules, assigning tasks, and monitoring progress.
  • Complete maintenance requests as indicated by leasing staff, adhering to all emergency and privacy guidelines.
  • Inspect apartments before and after move-in and move-outs, as well as after the apartment has been turned.
  • Perform property inspections on a regular basis to maintain cleanliness and identify problems.
  • Communicate with manager regarding the overall maintenance function at the property.
  • Ensure excellent customer service to prospective and current tenants, and promote a quality living experience for all residents.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Current drivers license and automobile insurance, along with reliable transportation.
  • HVAC certification required.
  • EPA Certification, Type I and II required.
  • CPO certification required for swimming pools (if needed).
  • Minimum three (3) years of previous experience in property management maintenance, other building maintenance or related trade.
