Job Opportunity

We are seeking a detail-oriented, thorough, and organized dental hygienist to join our team at MASC Medical.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for helping treat patients and promoting good oral health practices.

  • Evaluate patient comfort levels prior to examinations.
  • Ensure proper sterilization of dental instruments.
  • Conduct initial mouth screenings and review oral health histories.
  • Identify conditions such as gingivitis, caries, or periodontitis.
  • Perform teeth cleaning and protection procedures (e.g. remove plaque or apply fluoride).
  • Provide education on proper teeth care techniques.
  • Offer instructions to patients following operations or other dental procedures.
  • Take X-rays or dental impressions.
  • Assist dentists in selecting appropriate treatments for various diseases (including oral cancer).
  • Maintain accurate documentation and charts for each patient.
  • Monitor supply levels.
Compensation and Benefits

This is an above-market salary opportunity.

  • Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants must have:

  • In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations in this profession (e.g. HIPAA).
  • A diploma in dental hygiene.
