Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, identifying customer needs, and delivering tailored solutions to meet their expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet and acknowledge every customer, providing a personalized shopping experience that exceeds their expectations.
  • Sales and Revenue Growth: Utilize our proprietary selling process to demonstrate products, quote, and close sales, meeting or exceeding sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our entire product line, including features, benefits, and promotions, to provide customers with informed recommendations.
  • Inventory Management: Ensure accurate processing of all POS transactions, maintaining inventory integrity and protecting company assets.
  • Team Collaboration: Partner with store management to resolve customer service issues, enhance customer experience, and maintain store standards.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience in a retail or customer-facing environment.
  • Results-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen effectively and provide solutions to customer needs.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to a changing business environment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with fellow employees, treating all clients with dignity and respect.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and move objects from a lower to a higher position or horizontally.
